Rockfest has always prided itself on exposing the best unsigned bands in the Kansas City area. For years, we’ve had great area bands open the show. Starting with Rockfest 2015, the best unsigned talent now have their own stage to showcase their ability! This not only gives area bands the chance to make new fans, it gives them the opportunity to play in front of the many music industry executives that come to Rockfest.
